Job summary

AXA Professionals in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a skilled desk-side support specialist to provide hardware/software support to onsite users, perform break/fix, and diagnose end-user system failures. You will troubleshoot printers and peripherals and ensure network connectivity from PC to the network.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware on Lenovo PCs.
• Experience using Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007/2016 including Lync, OWA, and Outlook 2016 client.
• Troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues.
• VPN experience.
• Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, SCCM, and RD.
