Job summary

Bell Techlogix in Virginia seeks a Depot Operations Technical Specialist to support imaging, testing, and hardware management within the depot. You will troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, and train new hires while upholding depot standards. The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years of technical experience, and strong inventory control skills. Proficiency with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office is expected; travel and lifting are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant technical work experience.
• Advanced inventory management and equipment repair experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support imaging, update testing, and manage hardware inventory in the depot.
• Resolve tickets escalated to Depot by ServiceNow.
• Understand basic Apple device troubleshooting.
• Adhere to depot processes using ServiceNow and other depot tools.
• Load operating system on computers using standard deployment procedures.
• Prepare and ship hardware to correct addresses.
• Prepare returned hardware to be repurposed or retired.
• Train new employees on repair and system-based tasks.
• Evaluate business needs and recommend solutions.
