7-Eleven is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to provide advanced endpoint support for Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The role covers device enrollment, configuration, and on-site troubleshooting for a professional, customer-focused IT experience.

You will support iOS/Android devices, VPN access, and Microsoft 365 services while collaborating with IT teams. 2+ years of relevant experience and an Associates degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or 2-year degree required or preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in deskside support.
• Professional IT certifications welcomed (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 deskside support for Windows and macOS desktops and peripherals.
• Support iOS and Android devices, including enrollment and configuration.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Microsoft 365 services; escalate complex issues as needed.
