Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site deskside IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, M365 apps, VPN, and endpoint security.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional IT teams.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware and software support for laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint issues.
• Coordinate with central IT teams for advanced issues.
• Log, track, and close tickets in ITSM tools with SLA adherence.
• Manage asset inventory, provisioning, and data wiping.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and VIP users.
