Long View is seeking a Deskside Consultant for an on-site role in Midland, TX. You will provide hands-on technical support for end users in a dynamic IT environment, deploying devices, supporting Windows 11 via Intune Autopilot, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support, strong Microsoft and Active Directory knowledge, remote support capabilities, and a focus on service quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT support experience, including experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role.
• Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Experience with: Microsoft Office 365, Remote support, PC/printer hardware, VPN, Citrix.
• Ability to identify issues, elevate appropriately and work to resolve them.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and support laptops and peripherals for new and existing users, following team standards.
• Provision Windows 11 devices using Intune Autopilot (no traditional imaging); provide Tier 1 end-user support.
• Deliver clear, professional communication with customers, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deskside issues, escalating and tracking incidents as needed.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members, both on-site and remote.
• Ensure compliance with client IT security, technology standards, and service practices.
• Follow and model Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies and safe work practices.
• Support office technology such as printers, AV, video conferencing, and meeting room equipment (nice to have).
• Participate in regional IT team collaboration to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in end-user support, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

$35 - $40 an hour

Expected compensation range is $35-40/hr.
