AMERICAN SYSTEMS is hiring a Deskside Administrator II to deliver on-site IT support in a government enterprise environment. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, manage user accounts, and image devices while collaborating with IT teams to meet SLA targets.

You will document activities in the ticketing system, mentor junior staff, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with technologies and security protocols.

Formación

• U.S. Citizen required; eligible for Top Secret/SCI as stated in policy.
• 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software and network issues at user workstations.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Document incidents and requests in the ticketing system and meet SLAs.
