Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to create memorable shopping experiences and bring our unique brand to life in-store. You will connect with customers, share POP MART’s world of collectible art toys, and provide personalized recommendations that encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory management, and assisting with Robo Shop replenishment as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic relationships.
• Educate customers on POP MART's story, artist collaborations, and product collections.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and backroom.
