Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in SoHo is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and bring POP MART's world of collectible toys to life. You will help customers, offer personalized recommendations, and explain our stories and memberships to drive engagement.

You will also handle transactions, assist with inventory, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment while supporting brand events and new product launches.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Become a brand ambassador by confidently sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectibles, and promotions.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and new product launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making personalized recommendations, and achieving sales goals.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain presentation by keeping the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Cross-train to support Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes as needed.
