Job summary

Florida Tile is seeking a Sales Representative to promote and specify tile products to contractors, builders, dealers, architects, and designers. You will assist clients with tile selection, facilitate sales, and process orders while cultivating strong relationships.

The role requires proactive prospecting, showroom engagement, and the ability to analyze market needs to meet sales goals. A bachelor's degree and strong communication are preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• At least three years of direct sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Ability to achieve company goals with little supervision.
• Experience in market analysis and yearly business planning.

Responsibilities

• Target, call on, and develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects and designers.
• Develop and maintain a trade client base via in-house meetings and calls.
• Identify new opportunities and sales channels proactively.
• Promote showroom use as a selection center for A&D trade and events.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets to reach annual goals.
• Maintain merchandising and introduce new product displays.
