Job summary

Nava is seeking a Designer/Researcher to lead design and research for government programs that affect millions of Americans. You will champion user needs from research to prototyping to design systems and guide roadmap-level initiatives.

You will work on cross-functional teams, applying human-centered design to complex challenges, and translating requirements into accessible digital experiences across projects and stakeholders.
