Job summary

Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation that makes government services simple and effective. This role focuses on developing and managing Nava's brand identity across mediums and driving adoption across the company.

You will oversee external brand materials, collaborate with frontend teams, and contribute to marketing through annual reports and event visuals, all within a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years design experience with strong visual design, typography and layout.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and Figma.
• Experience developing brand strategy and collaborating with frontend developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption company-wide.
• Manage all external brand materials, including templates, signatures, LinkedIn and recruiting materials.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and design annual reports, event materials and bid visuals.
