Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Production Designer to support Direct Response Marketing teams, focusing on retouching GenAI assets and scaling creative concepts. You’ll be embedded with the creative team to ensure assets meet brand standards and to prepare files for delivery to external agencies.

You will refine AI-generated photography and video, build production-ready assets in Figma, and help develop AI-powered workflows that non-technical teams can use.

The team is developing accelerated production methods, repeatable creative AI capabilities, and tool integrations designed to help creative teams produce high-quality content at scale across multiple brands, platforms, and digital experiences.

The Role

We are seeking a Production Designer to support Direct Response Marketing teams producing creative assets in-house.

This role will focus on retouching and reviewing Generative AI assets, scaling creative concepts, and implementing AI-powered design workflows.

You will be embedded within the creative team to evaluate GenAI-generated assets- including photography, video, and product renders to ensure they meet established brand and quality standards. You will also develop production-ready assets and prepare and organize files for delivery to external agency partners.

What You'll Build & Support

• Support creative teams in a production design capacity, including maintaining brand design libraries, organizing files, and preparing Figma files for agency delivery.
• Support batch image and copy updates, resizing, and design refinements within Figma.
• Review Generative AI outputs for visual quality, accuracy, and product fidelity.
• Perform detailed manual retouching and image refinement when AI-generated assets do not meet quality standards.
• Document and maintain failure taxonomies and "golden example" sets used to tune and regression-test AI workflows and continuously improve GenAI output.
• Apply both a technical and creative lens to retouching, ensuring accurate product details while incorporating feedback from creative directors.
• Use LLMs and AI coding tools to develop accessible workflows that can be used by non-technical creative and production teams.
• Create clear workflow documentation and visual guides using presentation and design tools to onboard additional teams.
• Provide input on GenAI production processes to reduce manual retouching requirements and improve the quality of generated assets.
• Stay current with rapidly evolving Generative AI, automation, and creative technology tools to identify opportunities for workflow and system improvements.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience, including hands-on experience with Figma and established design systems.
• Expert-level product compositing and retouching, including:
  • Perspective matching
  • Contact shadows
  • Reflections
  • Relighting
  • Color integration
  • Photorealistic cleanup
• Experience integrating AI-powered processes into design workflows, including Figma agents and/or LLM-based tools and integrations.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and experience using creative tools to build efficient, scalable production workflows.
• Strong understanding of production file hygiene, naming conventions, version control, Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows, and delivery specifications.
• Experience reviewing and refining AI-generated photography, video, product renders, or other visual assets.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with consumer electronics or hardware product imagery.
