INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Production Designer to support Direct Response Marketing teams, focusing on retouching GenAI assets and scaling creative concepts. You’ll be embedded with the creative team to ensure assets meet brand standards and to prepare files for delivery to external agencies.

You will refine AI-generated photography and video, build production-ready assets in Figma, and help develop AI-powered workflows that non-technical teams can use.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and established design systems.
• Expert-level product compositing and retouching.
• Experience integrating AI-powered processes into design workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of DAM workflows and file hygiene.
• Experience reviewing and refining AI-generated assets.

Responsabilidades

• Support creative teams in production design and organize files.
• Prepare Figma files for agency delivery.
• Perform batch image and copy updates and refinements.
• Review GenAI outputs for quality and fidelity.
• Retouch assets to meet standards.
• Document failure taxonomies and golden examples.
• Develop accessible GenAI workflows using LLM tools.
• Create workflow docs and visual guides.
• Provide input to improve GenAI production processes.
• Stay current with GenAI, automation, and creative tech.
