Job summary

Springs Window Fashions seeks a Regional Product Specialist - Southwest to support independent dealers and grow sales across the region. You will be the main post-order contact, provide product training, and work with Territory Sales Managers to drive customer success.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of sales experience in window treatments or interior design, is willing to travel up to 50%, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in window treatments or interior design preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Dealer Sales team in designated region to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide service, technical support and product training to our dealers/franchisees (before and after sale).
• Provide training support for the Territory Sales Managers throughout the region.
• Be the primary point of contact for escalated order concerns and site visits across the region.
• Lead and assist in measures and installations.
• Provide high-level technical support and develop relationships with dealers/franchisees.
