Job summary

STARK seeks an experienced Luxury Carpet Sales Professional for our Chicago, IL showroom, focused on selling to interior designers and architectural firms.

Base pay is commensurate with experience, with eligibility for additional sales commission and/or sales incentive bonuses. You will build relationships, present product attributes, and develop strategic plans to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationships with interior design clientele.
• Strong interest in the interior design trade and interpersonal, communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on product attributes and qualities for their needs.
• Identify potential clients and create strategic client-centric marketing plans.
• Cold call potential clients and prepare reports; assess purchasing potential.
• Collaborate on developing the company’s core message to clients.
• Develop event strategy and organize client events with budgets and invites.
