Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Maple Grove, MN seeks a Floor & Decor Designer to provide seamless start-to-finish consultative design services, meeting with customers to discuss project needs and translate them into creative concepts aligned with their personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

You will greet customers, schedule appointments, offer expert guidance on tile, wood, stone and accessories, and manage multiple design projects from inquiry to installation, while collaborating with store

Qualifications

• Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience.
• Degree in Design is a plus.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with high accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, and achieve sales goals.

Pay Range$17.40 - $23.40Purpose:Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve.
