Summary

The Designated Selling Associate delivers one-on-one customer service for a specific brand, driving sales through expert product knowledge, personalized styling, and appointment-based and digital selling. This role cultivates customer relationships, supports merchandising and inventory tasks, and educates peers on brand trends to meet store sales goals. The DSA adapts to a flexible schedule and contributes to a high-performing retail team.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools, appointments, and social outreach
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and follow‑up
• Provide styling advice, product education, and honest fit recommendations to customers
• Lead and participate in brand product-knowledge meetings and mentor peers on assortment and trends
• Support department readiness through stocking, merchandising, displays, price markdowns, transfers, and cleaning
• Drive enrollment in the store rewards program and assist with reservation and appointment management

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships
