Summary

The Designated Selling Associate provides exceptional one-on-one service to customers, driving sales for the brand through product knowledge, personalized styling, and relationship building. The role includes in-store and digital selling, appointment-based interactions, and supporting merchandising to maintain a customer-ready department. The schedule varies based on business needs and requires flexibility to assist across departments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and follow up strategically
• Conduct appointment-based selling and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Share product knowledge and lead brand-focused training meetings with peers
• Perform merchandising tasks: stocking, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, and transfers
• Provide product feedback to management to inform assortment decisions

Requirements
