Job summary

R&M Welty in Saint Francis, MN is seeking a Designated Manager to oversee daily operations and program compliance. This full-time days role offers competitive pay and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

You will lead a team to ensure high-quality care, support persons served and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate work environment and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Competency to perform the duties as required
• Education and training per Minnesota statutes subdivision 2, paragraph (b)
• Minimum of three years supervisory-level experience in a care/education program for vulnerable adults or children
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered practices
• Strong time management, leadership, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, program oversight and compliance per Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned sites
• Promote and protect health and safety of persons served per Minnesota Statute 245D
• Provide training, support and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals per Minnesota Statute 245D and applicable employment laws
• Guide teams to effectively interact with persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community and families

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations, program oversight, and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites
• Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D
• Provide training, support, and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections
• Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served

What You'll Need

• Competency to perform the duties as required, AND
• Minimally meet the education and training requirements identified in subdivision 2, paragraph (b) of the Minnesota statutes, AND
• Have a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered practices
• Strong time management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
