R&M Welty in Saint Francis, MN is seeking a Designated Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure program compliance, and support staff under Minnesota Statute 245D. Qualifications

• Strong time management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Provide training, support, and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals per 245D and applicable laws.
• Guide teams to interact effectively with persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and families.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations, program oversight, and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites
• Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D
• Provide training, support, and guidance for Designated Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections
• Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served.

What You'll Need:

• Competency to perform the duties as required, AND
• Minimally meet the education and training requirements identified in subdivision 2, paragraph (b) of the Minnesota statutes, AND
• Have a minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and person-centered practices
• Strong time management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
