Job summary

R&M Welty INC. in Otsego, MN seeks a designated coordinator to lead and coach a care team, ensuring person-centered services and compliant documentation.

Position requires 2+ years of staff management in health/human services, willingness to obtain 245D qualifications, and a valid driver’s license. 7am–3pm, Monday–Friday; $27/hour base with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:

• Must meet one of the following educational requirements:
  • A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children OR
  • An associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children OR
  • Adiploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children OR
  • Aminimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities ANDfour years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3) of the MN statutes for 245D
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
• Proficient with technology and documentation

What You'll Need:
