Job summary

USK Technologies in Goleta, CA is seeking a Verification Engineer (Test Engineer I) for a 7+ month contract. This on-site role offers a $55/hour on W2, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and 40 hours per week.

You will perform hands-on design and system verification testing for imaging devices, develop tests, analyze results, and collaborate with Systems Engineering and the test lab to validate requirements, while supporting test automation and data collection.

Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of Design Verification, Systems Verification, or Test Engineering experience.
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with technical documentation and report writing.
• Programming experience with C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, etc.) is highly preferred.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Verification Engineer (Test Engineer I) with our client in Goleta, CA. If you have experience with design/system verification, hands-on testing, and test automation, I'd love to connect.

Location: Goleta, CA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 7+ Month Contract (to start)

Pay Rate: $55/hr on W2

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
