Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Associate Manager Design to Value in Hershey, PA (Remote). You will drive strategic decision-making by delivering rigorous analysis and insights that enhance product value and cost efficiency across functions and markets.

You will build and maintain product and business baselines, conduct cost, value, and financial analyses, develop decision-ready recommendations, and support roadmaps and strategic initiatives with clear project plans and milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial, digital, supply chain, or strategy experience in CPG or consulting.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and create intuitive visualizations.
• Ability to produce executive-ready written summaries and concise syntheses.
• Project and program management discipline with clear ownership and action tracking.
• Financial literacy to understand P&L, CAPEX, cash flow, and cross-functional context.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product and business baselines through analysis of performance, costs, value drivers, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct cost, value, financial, and business analyses to identify opportunities across products and portfolios.
• Develop decision-ready insights and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support product roadmaps and strategic initiatives with project plans and milestones.
