The Hershey Company is seeking an Associate Manager for Grocery Customer Planning. You will integrate data from Sales, Marketing, Customers, Finance, and Supply Chain to build accurate forecasts and translate customer strategy into executable plans using PlanEx.

With 3+ years in related fields and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), you will partner across functions to align sales, trade, and demand planning. Join Hershey’s collaborative, growth‑driven team in a remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Analytics, Finance, Demand Planning, or Customer Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally in a matrixed environment is required.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with P&L understanding and trade levers.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data and insights from Sales, Marketing, Customers, Finance, and Supply Chain to build accurate forecasts using PlanEx.
• Translate customer strategy into executable volume and trade plans.
• Align Gross Sales, Trade, Commercial forecasting, Demand, and Supply Chain processes across functions.
