Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Associate Manager, SG&A to drive financial planning and analysis for the SG&A function in Hershey, PA. You will build models, forecast results, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership while partnering across finance and business teams.

Required 3+ years in financial planning/analysis and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics. Strong communication and a data-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills across multiple audiences and formats.
• Working knowledge of financial modeling and financial statements.
• Proficiency with business intelligence or reporting tools for data access, analysis, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models that evaluate scenarios, trends, costs, and business performance.
• Support SG&A planning, forecasting, and recurring reporting with accurate, decision-ready analysis.
• Analyze financial statements and performance results to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers.
• Use business intelligence and reporting tools to organize data and present clear insights.
• Communicate recommendations effectively to cross-functional partners and translate analysis into action.
