Job summary

Instagram LLC is seeking a Product Designer for Content Foundations within the Design Systems team in New York. You will own IG content standards, including voice, tone, naming, and information architecture, ensuring consistency across surfaces and AI workflows.

You’ll define evaluation criteria for AI-generated content, onboard teams, and scale quality while aligning with Meta-wide standards. This is a senior, systems-level role focused on content design and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field required.
• 8+ years in content design, product design, or UX writing with systems impact.

Responsibilities

• Own IG content standards: voice, tone, naming, terminology, and patterns.
• Maintain parity between human-facing and AI-readable standards.
• Build quality bar for AI-generated content with rubrics and benchmarks.
• Onboard and upskill the organization on content standards and workflows.
