Meta is seeking a systems-minded Product Designer, Content Foundations for Instagram Design Systems in New York. You will own IG content standards, shaping voice, tone, naming, and information architecture to serve as the single source of truth across humans and AI agents.

You will develop benchmarks for AI-generated content, lead onboarding, and scale enablement across design teams while impacting cross-functional workflows and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 8+ years of content design, product design, or UX writing with systems impact.
• Portfolio showing systems-level design work focused on content standards, guidelines, terminology systems, and content adoption, not just screens.
• Experience owning voice and tone for a product at scale, including naming and information architecture decisions.
• Experience with AI-powered products, agentive workflows, or writing structured reference material for models.

Responsabilités

• Own IG content standards and define voice, tone, naming, and terminology as the single source of truth.
• Audit and align reference material with Meta and the broader industry; ensure parity between human-facing and AI-readable standards.
• Build the quality bar for AI-generated content with criteria, rubrics, and golden sets to avoid quality drift.
• Onboard and upskill the organization on content, integrating content education into the design workflow.
