Job summary

DTJ Design is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the design firm and oversee contracts administration, licenses, facilities, and vendor relations across multiple offices. The role requires strategic thinking, process improvement, and strong collaboration with Partners and the President/CEO.

Based in Denver operations, you will manage lease administration, capital projects, and office workflow while guiding the team to maximize efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, office management, or related experience in a professional services/design firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Technically savvy with knowledge of corporate operations best practices.
• Ability to interface with all staff levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and oversight of administrative staff and remote offices.
• Oversee Contracts Administration, including reviewing, editing, and storing contracts.
• Manage licenses and compliance for business and individual licenses.
• Coordinate facilities: lease management, space planning, and capital projects.
• Liaise with building management, real estate brokers, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue, and implement initiatives.
