DTJ DESIGN is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, oversee contracts administration, and manage facilities across multiple offices. This high-visibility role collaborates with Partners, the President and CEO to drive efficiency and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations and business management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and is adept with financial data interpretation to support goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Technically savvy with best practices in a corporate environment.
• Ability to interface with all staff levels.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and business management.
• Ability to interpret financial data to set production or efficiency goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the overall day-to-day operations of DTJ Design.
• Oversee Contracts Administration and ensure compliance with licenses and processes.
• Coordinate facilities management including leases, capital projects, and space planning.
• Collaborate with Partners, President and CEO; support policy development and implementation.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement; track pricing and service levels.
• Identify efficiency improvements to maximize revenue and reduce friction.
• Work with HR and leadership to implement policies and systems.
