Job summary

Artifact Uprising in Denver is seeking a Seasonal Contracted Account Coordinator to join our Design Studio Team. You’ll connect with customers, help shape project vision, provide product guidance, and resolve issues quickly during the busy holiday season.

This role requires a flexible schedule with weekend and evening hours, starts in October 2026 and may end as early as January 2027 depending on volume. The position pays $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a customer support position or similar role.
• Experience using Zendesk is strongly preferred.
• Fast learner across multiple technology platforms.
• Able to resolve issues rapidly in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathetic and effective.
• Always putting customers first and helping bring their vision to life.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily email correspondence with Design Studio customers.
• Gather project needs, provide quotes and product guidance.
• Assist DS team to ensure a flawless customer experience.
• Provide timely, accurate, and kind responses to customers.
• Help customers with website navigation, product questions, ordering, and tracking.
• Be available for phone calls with design clients upon request.
• Work weekends, nights, and holiday hours as needed.

As aSeasonal Contracted Account Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our Design Studio Team — a liaison between the Artifact Uprising team and our amazing community. You’ll be on the front lines of customer communication, assisting with project vision, product information, and the swift resolution of any product or service issues throughout the busy holiday season. You’ll get exposure to the inner workings of an e-commerce business and what it means to give an exceptional customer experience.

This position requires a flexible schedule. Hours are dependent on volume and are not guaranteed. This position will start in October 2026, and may end as early as January 2027, depending on volume.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily direct email correspondence with Design Studio customers
• Gather project needs, provide custom pricing quotes and product guidance to help find the right fit for each customer’s vision and budget
• Assist the DS team in various tasks to help ensure a flawless customer experience
• Consistently provide timely, accurate, and kind responses to customers
• Help customers with issues including website navigation, product questions, ordering and payment issues, package tracking, and more
• Be available for phone calls with design clients upon request
• Be available to work weekends, nights, and holiday hours as needed

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a customer support position, or other relevant customer-facing roles
• Experience using Zendesk is strongly preferred, but not required
• Fast Learner: Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms, able to learn and pivot quickly
• Hard Worker: Ability to resolve issues rapidly and prioritize tasks in an extremely fast-paced/high-volume environment, knowing the day is not over until the job is done
• Outstanding Communicator: A strong verbal and written communicator, able to connect with others with efficiency, effectiveness, and empathy
• Customer Advocate: Always putting customers first; constantly seeking out innovative ways to help bring their vision to life
