Job summary

MidSouth CrawlSpace Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to guide homeowners in safeguarding their homes in Mississippi. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential.

You will attend pre-scheduled appointments, perform in-home inspections, and propose customized solutions, while aiming to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required; company-provided vehicle is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town overnight.
• Pre-employment screening includes MVR, background check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments with company leads and vehicle.
• Conduct in-home inspections and consultations to propose solutions.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay Range:

100% commission based. High performers earn $150,000 to $250,000 per year.

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments through company-provided leads using a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs.
• Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
