Job summary

Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions is seeking a Design Specialist who will guide homeowners through the diagnostic process and deliver expert recommendations without cold-calling.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, identify issues using our proven diagnostic process, and lead high-clarity conversations to drive partnerships. Join a team that rewards performance with substantial earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
• Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
