MidSouth CrawlSpace Solutions seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and help homeowners protect their homes. This role offers a 100% commission-based pay structure with high earning potential for top performers.

You will attend pre-scheduled home appointments, conduct inspections, provide tailored solutions, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Travel required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Capability to travel and stay out of town overnight.
• Pre-employment screening includes motor vehicle record, background checks, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments using company-provided leads and vehicle.
• Perform in-home inspections, conduct consultations, and offer tailored solutions.
• Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
