Job summary

The University of Cincinnati's Myron E. Ullman, Jr. School of Design (DAAP) seeks a full-time Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, course scheduling, budgeting, and coordinator support for students, faculty, and staff.

Ideal candidates will manage multiple projects, work with strong teams, and handle financial information. Proficiency with Handshake, CART, Catalyst, OneDrive, and Excel is preferred to support university systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Seven (7) years of relevant work experience or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience required.
• Experience working within academic setting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems to meet deadlines.
• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support academic and co-curricular programs for the School of Design.
• Monitor data toward program objectives and develop action steps for improvement.
• May conduct research to develop grant proposals and new program ideas.
• Develop, administer, and analyze assessment questionnaires; compile statistics and reports.
• Maintain budget, contracts, expenditures, and financial reports; back up purchasing.
• Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives with the DAAP Business Office.
• Recruit and support adjunct and graduate instructors for SOD courses.
• Act as liaison to internal departments and external entities; join committees.
