Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Strong technology, social media and math skills
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Determine flooring and design needs while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Schedule client design consultations
• Stay updated on product and service offerings
• Review measurements, estimate materials, present proposals and manage payments
• Coordinate with install team and vendors to ensure project quality
