Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs and guide selections by style, budget and preferences.
• Demonstrate furniture features, materials and design options.
• Process purchases, arrange delivery or pickup, address questions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and aftercare.
• Handle showroom administration and maintain organization.
• Attend weekly training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
