Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. is seeking a motivated Design Sales Consultant to blend interior design passion with strong sales skills.

This commission-based role centers on creating tailored design solutions and delivering exceptional client experiences through in-home and Design Center consultations. You’ll build relationships, close sales, and grow your business using CRM, 3D Room Planner, and other design tools, while driving sales and design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of interior design experience.
• Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency with design tools and online sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized design solutions based on client style and budget.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services while achieving monthly sales goals.
• Conduct home calls and in-home consultations to develop design plans.
• Build and maintain client relationships through Design Center conversations and follow-ups.
• Leverage social media and networking to grow the book of business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale.
