Blu Dot Design and Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Design Sales Associate for the San Francisco showroom. This part-time role focuses on delivering an engaging shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge, and providing thoughtful service to residential customers.

You will support outreach, merchandising, order follow-up, and events while upholding Blu Dot's design-first values. Weekend availability is required, and a 401(k) plan, sick time, and employee discounts are offered.

Responsabilités

• Represent Blu Dot with authentic selling and strong service.
• Sell using product and design knowledge to highlight features.
• Propose additional pieces and customize orders.
• Create quotes and place orders accurately.
• Assist in seamless handoffs between team members.
• Follow orders from sale to delivery and ensure satisfaction.
• Prospect residential customers and coordinate swatch requests.
• Maintain customer email database and distribute promos.
