Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Fluent English with technical engineering terminology.
3+ years leading Interior Components and Systems development.
Experience creating technical product specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a world-class Interior Components and Systems team.
Lead design, release, and launch of interior Door Trim components for premium vehicles.
Develop industry-leading interior trim with focus on luxury, ergonomics, safety and packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize vehicle-wide benefits.
Coordinate with interior trim suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and technical excellence.
Apply tools and innovative methods to support development.
Interface with Crash Safety for homologation requirements.
Lead the supplier–Validation interface to run DVP&V meeting targets.
