BNB Turnkey is seeking a Design Project Manager in San Antonio, TX. You will own design and construction projects from kickoff to launch, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver luxury STR properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management across multiple projects.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role with strong communication skills.
• 1+ year in design, construction, or vacation rental industries preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to keep projects moving forward.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana / Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of design and construction projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Own and manage budgets, ensuring financial discipline throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate tasks across designers and construction managers; drive progress.
• Oversee proposals, quotes to align with scope, budget, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with contractors; obtain updates and address timeline risks.
• Provide weekly client updates on status, milestones, and next steps.
• Review purchase orders, vendor selections, and final design/construction deliverables.
• Research STR permit requirements; ensure regulatory processes are completed on time.
