Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a team across multiple construction projects for small to medium-sized clients. The role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, within the Construction Management function, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, performance review, and retention preferred.
• Ability to convey complex information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations (percentages, fractions).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship needed now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and manage staff development.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure drawings/specs compliance.
• Prepare risk assessments and project status reports; advise on funds release.
• Develop stakeholder communication practices and resolve project risks.
• Lead by example and align with company values (RISE).
• Integrate disciplinary work with others to achieve objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
