The role emphasizes collaboration, data management in project tracking systems, and support in contract reviews and plan analysis for efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of practical engineering or construction management experience.
• Active EIT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction for design-build/design-assist projects.
• Manage design schedule and progress with engineering, detailing and VDC teams.
• Review contracts and assist in scoping cost impacts.
