Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate distribution and review of design materials.
• Maintain accurate records of current and superseded design documents.
• Help ensure design information is complete and accessible to teams.
