Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in engineer-to-order manufacturing.
• 3+ years in fabrication or design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff through hands-on coaching.
• Manage detailed product layout drawings and bills of material.
• Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new and revised products.
