Job summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure seeks a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead a team of Product Engineers in design, enhancement, and commercialization across multiple product brands. The role blends deep technical leadership with people development and cross-functional influence to deliver quality outcomes.
The manager will guide strategic projects, manage full product lifecycles, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive engineering process improvements while aligning with operations and commercial
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/civil engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on product development experience with physically manufactured products.
- PE/PEng preferred.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and PDM/Vault systems (Inventor and SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience with simulation (FEA & CFD) beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Engineers, focusing on technical depth and career growth.
- Act as a technical leader, providing hands-on guidance while scaling team capability.
- Drive workload prioritization, performance management, and delivery of high-quality engineering output.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment aligned with company values.
