East Penn Manufacturing is seeking a Design Engineer and Process Engineer I to design battery components and tooling for production equipment under mentorship. You will interface with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to develop processes and bring concepts toward manufacturable reality.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, collaboration across departments, and traveling as needed to support projects.

Qualificações

• Engineering experience typically under 5 years.
• Experience with the manufacturing processes preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Engineering support to Manufacturing, Quality, H&S, Sales, Costing, and Maintenance on Diversified products, equipment, and tooling.
• Prepare and deliver information, technical reports, and presentations to management, customers, vendors, and technical partners.
• Contribute to concept generation and ideation processes.
• Maintain and protect the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other duties which may become essential to the position.
• Participate in regular technical reviews throughout all phases of a project.
• Interact with production and engineering at all levels.
• Travel worldwide for the company as required (possibly up to ~25%).
