Job summary

This role serves as a liaison between Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, driving operational excellence through project tracking, sample coordination, and process execution, with emphasis on seasonal launches and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ship samples and development packages daily for domestic and international customers.
• Maintain and update development wall cards and Monday.com project boards.
• Create and issue Development Purchase Orders (DPOs) as directed by the VP of Design.
• Support seasonal product launches and ensure on-time delivery of materials and information.
• Communicate deadlines, milestones and deliverables to internal teams and customers.
• Assist Showroom Manager with seasonal display updates and office tasks.
