Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the Product Development & Design team by coordinating the movement of samples from concept to production.

The role requires a can-do attitude and acts as a key player in cross-functional operational processes, with onsite work Monday through Friday. You will collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Merchants, and Sourcing teams, manage sample logistics, and help prepare showroom presentations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support weekly Product Development meetings with samples for review.
• Maintain updated Sample Request Reports and track sample deliveries for milestones.
• Manage, track, and request all samples between factories, warehouse and showrooms.
• Keep sample spaces organized and safe for business operations.
• Assist Merchants and Sourcing with sample needs and photo checkout lists.
• Archive all development samples and maintain accurate archive lists.
