Campbell's in Camden, NJ is seeking a Design Manager for Everyday Pantry Essentials to lead cross-functional design initiatives across packaging and brand assets. You will mentor one direct report and guide creatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory standards.

The role requires 7+ years in CPG design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and exceptional storytelling ability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CPG design, with food industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex packaging and brand design initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of packaging regulations and requirements within the CPG industry.
• Excellent visual storytelling and ability to articulate design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives across the Everyday Pantry Essentials portfolio, guiding one direct report and ensuring work aligns with brand strategy, visual standards, consumer needs, and business objectives.
• Mentor and develop designers through clear direction and ongoing coaching.
• Translate design strategies into briefs, timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction to internal designers and external agencies to meet design briefs and business goals.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee packaging production and pre-press activities from concept to final delivery.
