Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CPG design experience, with food industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex packaging and brand design initiatives from concept through execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong design concept development and execution capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide creative direction and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives across the Everyday Pantry Essentials portfolio, guiding one direct report and ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Mentor and develop designers with clear direction and performance coaching.
• Translate design strategies into briefs, timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction to internal designers and external agencies to deliver on the design brief and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee packaging production, pre-press, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
